In order to know what kind of rock was thrown from Hole in the Ground, you have to break them open to see the crystals inside. Since we didn't have a rock hammer, Kate sees what she can do with brute force. We found some interesting crystals inside, so I carried the rather heavy rock back up to the crater rim. There, we borrowed a hammer and broke it to bits. We got some very nice samples.

Kate's Big Action Shot
