After we got checked in, we headed to meet Jennifer and Justin for dinner. We had a bit of trouble getting to their place on the other side of the river and saw parts of Portland most tourists don't get to see! We ended up down where the cars come in and are put onto railcars to be transported all over the country. Kinda cool, but we were hungry. We backtracked and called Justin for help. We got turned around AGAIN, and they ended up meeting us on our side of the river for dinner at a great pizza place called Bella Faccia. Yum! I had a pineapple, onion, and roasted garlic slice with a spinach salad. Very good. Hip area, too, so people watching was fun as well.
