So Continental has some fancy schmancy new planes with some nifty entertainment options. Every seat has access to DirectTV and you can watch movies, news programs, listen to music, or even watch regular TV. I watched two movies: New in Town with Renee Zelwegger and Bride Wars with Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway. I also watched some TV, too. The only catch is, you have to pay $6, and if the flight attendant or captain needs to talk to the passengers about something, then the sound mutes (but the show doesn't pause) and you miss several minutes during the interruption. The view as we approached Portland was breathtaking. This is Mt. Hood. My first Oregon volcano. What do you think?
