Bridal Veil Falls
Bridal Veil Falls were stunning. It was a short hike downhill to the bottom of the falls, and was definitely worth the semi-steep uphill return. Across the road from the top of the falls is Bridal Veil Lodge, built in 1926. This is the only establishment west of Hood River from the days of the Columbia River Highway. The cars parked there aren't Model Ts, but I'm sure there are some modern-day Fords there.

Does it fall into a lagoon and then drop again? Very cool...
ReplyDeleteI don't think so. I think it falls into a river.
